BARRY STAFFORD

Driven by passion and excited by achievement, Barry Stafford has built his company on morals and a commitment to excellence. Continually striving to be better than the next, Barry’s personal philosophy is simple "Team work makes the DREAM work"!!

By following this belief, The Stafford Group successfully runs four individual Tim Hortons restaurants ensuring everyday that guests are serviced with a smile, orders are accurately taken and each restaurant is spotless and appealing to the blind eye! Barry remains involved in the day to day operations of the business and has developed a rapport with numerous Team Members who have been employed with the company for many years.

Barry’s passion is golf and you can often find him on the 1st hole, driving a ball into the lanes of Hwy. 50. He enjoys listening to music, spending time with his two grandchildren and dining out. Barry is confident in his promise to quality and is truly an Ambassador of the Tim Hortons brand!

BETH STAFFORD

Restaurant Owner

With a back ground of knowledge, Beth oversees the Administrative side of the business. Her ability to control and orchestrate many well designed policies and procedures to ensure our business runs smooth is to be commended. Beth is more "behind the scenes" and works continuous hours, noting great detail and efficiency in her work habits. Beth is quiet and resourceful, brilliant and kind. She is consumed with passion and enjoys the challenge of each restaurant individually.

Spending quality time with her two grandchildren is on the top of Beth’s enjoyment list. She is often found at an ice rink, cheering on her granddaughter in figure skating or her grandson in hockey. Beth enjoys to travel and has visited most places in the world; with one of her favourite destinations being Florence, Italy. Learning about new found culture, visiting far away attractions and making memories to last a lifetime are the driving forces to Beth’s calm demeanour.

While working so closely alongside family is never easy, Beth’s approach is that every single person has capabilities, abilities and gifts. Living a good life depends on whether those capabilities can be used, abilities expressed and gifts given. If they are, the person will be valued, feel powerful and well-connected to the people around them. And the community around the person will be more powerful because of the contribution the person is making. Simply, life is what YOU choose to make it!!!

BRAD STAFFORD

Executive Vice President

Fittingly, the most committed person employed by The Stafford Group is Brad. He truly lives, breathes and dreams about Tim Hortons. His goals are simple, to keep striving to better himself and the company as a whole! This is not an easy task and it is with hard work, determination and strength of mind that Brad is able to successfully run our four restaurants on a daily basis.

Brad has worked diligently to assemble a well-built team that communicates and succeeds at operating The Stafford Group of restaurants. Brad is passionate and dedicated. He is enthusiastic and keen. He is a solid leader and has gained well-deserved respect from Team Members, guests and those in the community. Brad is expressive and kind, honest and trustworthy. Brad’s many attributes are an asset to the business and to be frank; The Stafford Group’s success BEGINS with Brad.

Brad’s background is in the hospitality field; ranging from Culinary to Business Administration including Operational Management with hands-on experience. Brad is fanatical about cars, all kinds in fact but his true passion lingers with the Corvette. Brad enjoys spending his free time relaxing at home and takes pleasure in the company of friends and family.

KELLY STAFFORD

Vice President, Human Resources

Kelly has been with our company since December 1997 and has had much success during her employment with The Stafford Group. She holds a complex position that is very important to the daily success of our four individual restaurants.

Kelly is responsible for ensuring accuracy on all Team Members payroll as well as overseeing Team Member Human Resource concerns. Kelly produces all memorandums for our restaurants and Administrative team as well as oversees the configuration and upkeep of our company website. Kelly’s abilities far exceed exceptional as our legal coordinator, demonstrating and delivering well thought out strategies in order to present a structured plan of attack when required!!!

Kelly is a single mother of two exceptional children. She spends time playing baseball, volleyball and swimming as hobbies. Kelly enjoys reading and listening to music while relaxing at home, spending time with her children. Kelly’s friends and family mean the MOST to her and she truly cherishes both in their own ways!

LIZ STAFFORD

Director of Operations

Liz is our training "guru" and the amount of knowledge that is imbedded inside Liz’s head is astonishing. She is highly educated on the "operations" side of our business and is the "go-to" lady for all questions regarding our restaurant locations. Liz has extensive experience in the retail industry and has applied her skills and practices to become an enormous asset to the daily running of our four restaurants.

Liz is confident and stern, practical and understanding. She is patient and forthright and assists those she encounters when in need. Liz is professional and hard-working while remaining focused on her daily tasks. Liz is not afraid to work and is often seen on storefront serving guests or running at drive-thru to keep our speed of service targets in check.

Since December 1997, Liz has trained numerous Team Members and Management Team Members, instilling her values and firm work ethics into those she trains. Liz has a very challenging position and deals with stressful situations with ease.

Liz is most comfortable at home, spending time with her husband Brad and catching up on their cherished family time. Liz is originally from Michigan, USA but has found Canada to be just as inviting. Liz enjoys swimming and relaxing in warm, far away destinations.
